Caesar Cardini Foods was established in 1948 by Caesar Cardini and his daughter, Rosa. The CARDINI brand has subsequently been owned by other US companies, currently T. Marzetti.

The Products

It was Caesar Cardini who created the first Caesar dressing, and the range of premium dressings now comprises six varieties, including a low fat Caesar dressing.

Why we recommend them

This is a very versatile range - the dressings can also be used as dips, poured over baked potatoes, or as an alternative to mayonnaise e.g. in tuna mayonnaise.
