The Polenghi group began producing lemon juice in Siciliy in 1976, and now have 4 factories in Italy and Europe.

The Products

Lemon and Lime juice, using fresh fruit, is packed in plastic bottles in sizes ranging from 100ml to 5 litres. Two innovative sprays have also been introduced to make cooking quicker and easier: Egg Glaze Spray for pastry glazing, and Vegetal Spray, a  vegetarian alternative to gelatine, for spraying onto cold foods to protect and preserve them.
