SACLA' was founded in 1939 by the Ercole family, who still run the company today in Piedmont, North West Italy. They are best known for their Pesto sauces.

SACLA’ offers ten delicious flavours in its Pesto range and hold 52% of the total market. They also offer a selection of intense stir-through sauces, an antipasti range and now Dallaglio by Sacla’, a partnership with former England Rugby Union player, Lawrence Dallaglio.
