Mushrooms

The first company in the UK to import canned mushrooms in the late 1970's, R.H. Amar remains firmly active with sliced and button mushrooms from Holland. The ROYAL CHAMPIGNON brand offers a wide variety of types of mushroom and packaging formats.  Wild mushrooms are now popular as an ingredient in risotto, soups and meat dishes. For foodservice, we offer dried wild mushrooms under the SABAROT brand, whilst retailers’ needs are met by COOKS&CO.
